Upon receiving your order online, we process the shipment within two business days, and the item(s) will ship directly from our warehouse in California. Shipping time is about two (2) to seven (7) postal business days to the locations in the USA. International shipment usually takes four (4) to fifteen (15) postal business days depending on location, weather condition, as well as local delivery time. If you prefer to ship the item(s) to different address, please make a note in the checkout section or contact our customer service department. You will receive email confirmation as well as the tracking number.
In the United States, we provide customers 14 days return, refund, and exchange policy from date received the item(s). YewShop accepts return, refund and exchange item(s) in the country, if merchandise has not been damaged, soiled, washed, altered, and worn other than defective. Labels, tags, and original packaging please attached for return. All overseas purchases including from Canada are final sales, no return, no refund except reasonable proof of defective and wrong item(s) received. If you receive a damaged product originated from us, missing and/or wrong item due to our error, or a defective merchandise, please contact our customer service. We are happy to assist you for an exchange (identical item). If the exchange unavailable, we will contact you for other substitution in equal merchandise value. These particular products will be exchanged or replaced to different items. Shipping address should match the address you provide us for accurate delivery. Payments must be cleared before shipping. Please note: Customer responsible for return postage charge, optional postal insurance fees unless such returns due to our errors, product defective, and incorrect item(s) shipped.

Opened and used makeup, skin care, perfume, cosmetic, cologne, soap and dietary supplement are “Non Returnable” for safety health-hygienic reasons.
Baby Fashion & Toys Items:
Our toys inventories are meet the current safety standard, should any manufacturers and the US government may issue a recall, we will inform our customers how to proceed the return/refund protocol during the 30-day purchase and the sale time period. Infants and kids fashion are returnable/exchangeable if the clothing not been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn in original packaging and with tags.
Men & Women Jewelry & Watches:
Jewelry and watches must be in original new condition without damages, scratches, and it has not been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn for return or exchange. If the item is defective, you have 30 days to return the item to us for a full refund or exchange.

YewShop will refund or exchange an item, provided that it has not been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or used. All labels, tags, and original packaging are attached.
You may cancel your order before courier arrival (usually within 1-2 days). The Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy applies when the parcel ship out from our facility. The "Policy" excludes overseas purchases and shipment. YewShop may cancel orders for any reasons. Some common situations such as: Pricing error, item out of stock, and there is no plan of restocking it. Unauthorized credit card charge, stolen card block, in addition to the issuing financial institution declines credit card payment. If back order occurs, we will contact customer the product availability date and shipment. When order is completely out of stock and expect more than 30 days for shipment. We will inform buyer for other options or a refund to customer.
Refund for online purchase:
A refund will be issued to the same credit card you used for the original purchase. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. We encourage our customers to insure or to use tracking method for the returns. Upon receiving a returned merchandise, we will process within 1-2 business days. Please allow up to two (2) weeks for the credit to be reflected in your account. In addition, please allow up to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
Exchanging items by mail:
If you wish to exchange an item by mail, please follow the return procedure, and use the "Order Form" on the "Packing Slip" to order new or exchange item. Your credit card may be charged if the item with higher value. There is no charge if the item with same pricing for exchange. The return and order transactions may not post simultaneously, and will be processed as two separate transactions through your account.
Including flammable liquids or gases are not returnable to YewShop. Please contact the manufacturer directly for service, warranty, return, and refund information.
Please note all orders from Canada and international are final sale. No refund and return will accept. Shipping to U.S. Territories & Protectorates, including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico Addresses:
When possible, items from multiple orders will be combined into the same package. This helps to reduce the number of packages sent to you, so you receive fewer packages, and have less packaging material to dispose of when you receive your orders. Most items can be shipped to U.S. Territories and Protectorates, however certain restrictions may apply which include:
• Dimensional shipping limits – standard shipping to these regions are limited by the overall shipping size which include a maximum length or girth of 108 inches and maximum weight of 70 lbs.
• Large and/or oddly shaped items may be eligible for shipping.
• Hazmat – certain hazmat items (including but not limited to lithium batteries) are restricted from shipping to these areas.
• No shipment to the US and foreign countries' prisons.
• We cannot ship items to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses.
• Expedited and Priority Shipping isn't available for P.O. Boxes in Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.
We do ship merchandises to PO Box addresses; however, the parcel will deliver by the United States Postal Service only. We use USPS, UPS Air/Ground, FedEx Air/Ground for physical addresses in the US and international orders.
